2. Services Provided
Lube It All provides automotive maintenance and repair services including, but not limited to, oil changes, brake repairs, transmission services, and engine diagnostics. All services are performed by trained technicians.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle and paying all fees for services rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles not disclosed prior to service.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lube It All shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
